Out of 206 products examined, 39 items failed to meet Korean safety standards, representing a non-compliance rate of 18.9 %, nearly four times higher than the average rate for domestically distributed products earlier this year.<br>The investigation focused on products popular for outdoor and daily use in the autumn season. Electrical devices, helmets, and children\u2019s items usually require <a href=\"https:\/\/www.korea-certification.com\/en\/#\"><strong>KC Safety Certification<\/strong><\/a> in order to be approved for import and sale in Korea. Tests covered chemical substance detection, electric-shock protection, and impact resistance, among other safety criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.korea-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Inspection-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24701\" style=\"width:300px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.korea-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Inspection-1-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.korea-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Inspection-1-1-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.korea-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Inspection-1-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.korea-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Inspection-1-1-768x768.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Major Findings by Category<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Household products:<\/strong> 11 items failed, including eight types of bicycle and motorcycle helmets.
